Prices listed are for one hour of recording. A 15 minute grace period is given, after you will charged in 30 minute increments. Every package includes an producer/engineer to run the equipment for you.

  • Our studio offers professional recording services with a clear, straightforward pricing model. We charge by the hour with a 15-minute grace period before additional half-hour increments are billed. Each recording session includes a dedicated on-site engineer to ensure smooth operation. While basic editing (such as intro/outro, audio leveling, and sound enhancements) is available, more extensive editing requiring over an hour of work will incur additional charges. Our technical setup features high-quality Shure SM7B microphones connected to a Sound Devices Mix Pre 10 ii 32 Bit Float Recorder, guaranteeing superior audio capture. Clients receive a Polywav file with individual microphone tracks, which can be delivered via external drive or Google Drive for maximum flexibility.

The standard 'Episode Edit' includes basic editing tasks such as adding an intro, creating an outro, and audio leveling. For more complex or time-intensive editing requirements that extend beyond standard parameters, additional rates may be applicable, ensuring transparent and fair pricing for customized editing needs.

For more complex editing requirements involving extensive notes and detailed cuts, an additional $150 per hour will be charged, ensuring customized post-production that meets your specific needs.

Priced for a one-hour episode with a 15-minute grace period before additional billing, this full production package handles every aspect of your podcasting journey. Simply arrive and host—we manage the rest. Our services encompass complete channel setup across social media and podcast platforms, multi-camera recording, professional editing, and strategic content distribution. The standard editing includes intro and outro creation, sound processing, basic color correction, and seamless camera switching. For more detailed editing requiring extensive notes and cuts, an additional $100 per hour applies. Each episode includes shooting, editing, and posting across major platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartMedia, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, complete with access to IAB 2.1 Certified Analytics for comprehensive performance tracking.

  • Our studio offers comprehensive editing solutions tailored to your project needs. We specialize in adding professional intros and outros, precise audio leveling, and strategic segment cutting using Final Cut Pro. Our editing is charged hourly with a one-hour minimum, and we maintain transparent communication—if your project requires additional editing time beyond the initial purchase, our team will proactively contact you to discuss extending the editing scope.

HarborHaus Podcast Studio FAQ

  • Yes. A trained audio/video engineer will be there so you don’t have to worry about anything in regards to equipment or recording your podcast.

  • Yes. If your remote guest has a web cam or microphone we can call them and you will be able to see and here them both in the studio and on your podcast please select “Remote Guest” when booking.

  • It all depends on what package you are looking for but rates and booking is all done via our website.

  • We have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged $125 per hour you booked. If you no-show or cancel after your scheduled time you will be charged the final amount. If you paid for additional services such as editing, that will be refunded as well.

  • The only way to reserve a time is to book it via our site.

  • The best way is to bring in an external hard disk or SSD but we can email your files via Google Drive slightly compressed, audio will not be compressed. You will receive a link to your files the next business day from the day you record. Make sure to download your files asap as we only keep them on google drive for one month.

  • We are fairly lenient with time however if you go over 30 minutes past your scheduled time we do start charging per half hour. We will stop you early if we have another podcast booked to record after yours.

  • Valet parking or street parking, no dedicated parking spot on our property.

  • Yes! But tours are by appointment only, so please email or text us so we can get it scheduled for you.

  • We do not have set hours but can accommodate any booking time with advance notice and scheduling.

  • Our table is set up for two people (audio and video), however we can fit a maximum of four (audio only). It is a fairly small space, off camera we have room for two additional people. This is not a film set and we are not set up for large crews.

  • We have a TV to display your logo or brand. You are welcome to provide digital signage to be displayed on our TV, or place a sign on the table. You can place small items on the table. You are welcome to change the color of the background lights. Our furniture is permanent and cannot be moved.

  • Yes, we have a restroom, it is shared with our building and cannot be used for a dedicated hair/makeup person.

  • No. We do not allow pets, including dogs. We follow ADA guidelines regarding Service Animals, and Emotional Support Animals do not qualify.

  • Yes we have a stocked fridge full of complimentary refreshments for you and your guest(s).

  • No, if you would like you shoot a video podcast at our studio you must use our video services.
